People behind the words

Named contributor credits are retained with the articles on which they appeared. Sara Nath’s contributor archive collects articles published with that credit. Some older entries were published without an individual author’s name; those entries identify RanchesAt as the publisher.

First-person reflections and a contributor credit can serve different roles. The Journal’s signed introduction identifies Mike Clinard, RanchesAt co-founder, as its speaker. A contributor credit alone does not establish a professional qualification, a property inspection or a review by a lawyer, appraiser or tax adviser.

Publication dates place an article in context. They are not confirmation that a home remains available or that a price, building estimate, utility arrangement or appraisal status is current.

For a purchase decision, begin with the community’s own information and the featured property details. Ask for the current plat, restrictions, construction information and property-specific documents. Where a page links to recorded documents or public-agency guidance, use those sources alongside the summary.

Journal articles offer general information. Property-specific tax, legal, engineering and construction questions belong with the relevant records and qualified professionals.
