Mike and Kim Clinard founded Clinard Properties in 2014, initially developing premier retail centers in master-planned communities before expanding into luxury residential ranchette communities in 2021. Under the RanchesAt name, they are the visionaries behind three Texas Hill Country properties — Sentinel Peak, Big Mountain, and Dripping Springs — each designed to offer breathtaking views, low-density living, and land stewarded with a focus on wildlife management and conservation. Their goal is to make the ranch lifestyle more accessible through spacious, easier-to-maintain tracts that still provide room for animals, wildlife, and families to grow.

Before Clinard Properties, Mike spent 18 years helping build Cardtronics (NASDAQ: CATM) into a global leader, serving as COO and President of Global Services and contributing to its multibillion-dollar growth. He has also held various board roles throughout his career. Mike and Kim live a God-centered life on their own Hill Country ranch, where Kim cares for a variety of animals and nurtures her love for nature. They are parents to Madie, Kait, and Jack, and welcomed Trevor into the family when he married Madie in 2019.
